We have created an eCommerce conversion data network powered by advanced algorithms to dynamically tailor the online shopping experience for each individual. Our technology has proven to significantly increase the basket size, conversions and ultimately store revenues.

About the Team:

Our mission is to keep creating unique content and features powered by sophisticated analytics and machine learning techniques, which utilizes thousands of millions of interactional data generated in online stores everyday. Building intelligent product recommendation and personalization puts the team and this role at the core of LimeSpot’s mission to empower the online stores to provide excellent experience to their online shoppers.

We build highly parallelized, big data, machine-learning applications in the cloud. Serving over 14k online stores and millions of shoppers with lots of things for them to buy. Sounds like a Mad Lib of marketing jargon, but we’re serious…that’s what you’ll be helping with so we can help store owners sell more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own creation of marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and support marketing targets, including but not limited to social, digital, paid, email, content, events, nurture programs and integrated campaigns.
  • Work with the leadership team to define the messaging to establish our brand as an eCommerce thought leader.
  • Lead strategy and execution of marketing tech stack.
  • Manage overall goals and track campaign performance.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and track marketing funnel demand generation activities on revenue, sales pipeline and sales cycle length.
  • Partner with Sales joint programs to engage high-value accounts.
  • Define the field marketing and event strategy.
  • Work closely with SDR team on lead development programs.
  • Spearhead content strategy to increase awareness, to position LimeSpot as a thought leader in the eCommerce industry, improve SEO and drive organic leads.
  • Recruit, coach, inspire and grow a highly functioning marketing team.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional leaders in Sales, Partnerships, and Product.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing with a proven track record.
  • A resourceful self-starter excited about the opportunity to solve problems in creative ways.
  • 2+ years being a people manager.
  • Highly analytical mind and ability to glean insights and optimize from data
  • Experience in managing CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
