Head of Growth (SaaS Company)

Role Overview:

Our team is looking for a hands-on marketing leader who will work closely with leadership to establish best practices, accelerate growth, and build out a high performing marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own creation of marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and support marketing targets, including but not limited to social, digital, paid, email, content, events, nurture programs and integrated campaigns
  • Understanding of Google ads
  • Lead strategy and execution of marketing tech stack
  • Work with the leadership and product teams to refine messaging and establish our brand as an eCommerce thought leader.
  • Manage overall goals and track campaign
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and track marketing funnel demand generation activities on revenue, sales pipeline and sales cycle length
  • Own performance of the self-serve funnel
  • Work closely with SDR team on lead development programs
  • Spearhead content strategy to increase awareness, to position LimeSpot as a thought leader in the eCommerce industry, improve SEO and drive organic leads.
  • As we grow, recruit, coach, inspire and grow a highly performance marketing team
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional leaders in Sales, Partnerships, and Product

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS growth marketing with a proven track record or a combination of in-house and agency experience (no agency only candidates pls).
  • Inhouse experience with a least one company smaller than 1500 people.
  • A resourceful self-starter excited about the opportunity to solve problems in creative ways
  • 2+ years being a people manager
  • Highly analytical mind and ability to glean insights and optimize from data
  • Experience in managing CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • eCommerce experience is a plus

We welcome candidates throughout the US and Canada. The current team is predominantly located on the west coast so while we're open to candidates in multiple time zones and will honor their working hours, individuals in other time zones will be expected to periodically be available PT hours.
